摘要
动态全息投影技术相比静态全息投影技术的不同在于一台投影装置具有多个投影单元,且激光器在二维精密定位平台上作往复运动,此时全息投影的成像质量很大程度上取决于该精密定位平台的定位精度。针对该二维精密定位平台做振动特性分析,得到平台工况时的振动幅值和频带宽;再设计被动式动力吸振器降低平台振动;最后在被动动力吸振器的基础上设计对应的主动式动力吸振器,将该二维精密定位平台的振动幅值和频带宽抑制在一定的范围并使之实现纳米级定位精度。
In this paper,the vibration characteristics of the two-dimensional precision positioning platform are analyzed,and the vibration amplitude and frequency bandwidth of the platform are obtained.The passive dynamic vibration absorber is designed to reduce the platform vibration.Finally,the corresponding active is designed based on the passive dynamic vibration absorber.The dynamic vibration absorber suppresses the vibration amplitude and frequency bandwidth of the two-dimensional precision positioning platform to a certain range and realizes nano-level positioning accuracy.
