基于可控挤压油膜阻尼器的滑动轴承-转子系统减振特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用可控挤压油膜阻尼器对旋转机械振动进行控制一直是研究的热点。但现有的可控挤压膜阻尼器主要用于控制由滚动轴承支撑的转子系统的振动。为了抑制由滑动轴承支撑的转子系统的振动,研究并分析了一种液压控制的可控挤压油膜阻尼器(HSFD)。通过建立转子系统动力学模型,分析了不同供油压力对转子系统响应的影响。为了研究在不同供油压力下HSFD对滑动轴承-转子系统的减振效果,建立了柔性转子试验台,并且通过对机脚加速度的测量了解轴承座的振幅,以研究转子系统外传力。同时搭建了控制系统,对控制下的阻尼器减振效果进行了实验分析。实验结果表明,可控挤压油膜阻尼器具有显着的减振效果,与普通滑动轴承相比响应幅度下降至57%。 A hydraulically-controlled squeeze film damper (HSFD) is studied and analyzed in this paper.By establishing dynamic model of the rotor system,effects of different oil supply pressures on response of the rotor system are analyzed.In order to study the damping effect of HSFD on the sliding bearing-rotor system under different oil supply pressures,a flexible rotor test bench is established.The control system is built,and the vibration damping effect of the damper under control is analyzed experimentally.The experimental results show that sliding bearing with HSFD has significant vibration damping effect,and the response amplitude is 57% of ordinary sliding bearing.
