摘要
引入项目管理知识体系(PMBOK)的计划评审技术(PERT:Program Evaluation and Review Technique)和运筹学关键路径法(CPM:Critical Path Method)对S电气公司某型号高压开关研发项目装配计划进行研究,探讨常规关键路径建立后如何基于项目实际诉求更新关键路径,对项目计划进行优化。
Based on the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technology) from A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge and CPM (Critical Path Method) from Operational research,this paper applicates the two theories to find the critical path of a project plan which belong to a R&D project.This paper describes how to update the critical path after the original critical path is made based on the project real requests (Customer Real Needs).
