摘要
针对低压配电网三相负荷不平衡治理问题,根据一栋11层的办公实验综合楼设计配电台区低压配电网模型,并根据人员、电器等用电规律模拟该楼一年的负荷数据。基于采用换相开关型三相负荷自动调节装置治理三相负荷不平衡的方法,为该配电网模型设计了负荷实时调度策略,并着重研究了优化算法的目标函数,使换相开关单元以较少的换相次数降低三相负荷不平衡度和线损。用低压配电网模型和负荷数据进行仿真,验证了调度策略的有效性。
To research problem of unbalanced three-phase load in low voltage distribution network,a low-voltage distribution network model is designed based on an 11-storey office building,and the electricity load data of the building is simulated based on actual electricity consumption characteristic of persons and electrical appliances.Based on the method of controlling three-phase unbalanced load with automatic commutation devices.A low-voltage load automatic commutation control algorithm is designed for the distribution network model to reduce three-phase load unbalance radio and line loss with fewer commutation times in this paper.
