围术期康复护理对髋关节置换术后康复效果的Meta分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价围术期康复护理对髋关节置换术后康复效果的影响。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、Medline、Auraria图书馆、中国知网全文数据库、维普数据库和万方数据库,搜集符合纳入及排除标准的随机对照试验(RCT),对文献质量进行评价后,采用RevMan 5. 3软件分析数据。结果试验组与对照组术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义[RR=0. 30, 95%CI(0. 18,0. 51),P <0. 00001]。术后1、3个月及术后1年,试验组与对照组Harris髋关节功能评分比较差异有统计学意义[WMD=9. 61,95%CI(7. 58, 11. 65),P <0. 00001; WMD=10. 67, 95%CI(9. 50, 11. 83),P <0. 00001; WMD=3. 48,95%CI(1. 30,5. 66),P=0. 002]。结论对髋关节置换术患者实施围术期康复护理可有效减少术后并发症的发生,改善髋关节功能。 Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative rehabilitation on the rehabilitation efficacy after hip replacement.Methods Chinese and English databases,including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Medline,Auraria Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP database and Wanfang database,were retrieved by the computer,and the randomized controlled trials(RCT)meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected.The data were analyzed through RevMan 5.3 software after evaluation on the quality of articles.Results The significant differences were shown between trial group and control group regarding the incidence of postoperative complications [RR=0.30,95%CI(0.18,0.51),P<0.00001] and Harris hip scores 1 month,3 months and 1 year after surgery [WMD=9.61,95%CI(7.58,11.65),P<0.00001;WMD=10.67,95%CI(9.50,11.83),P<0.00001;WMD=3.48,95%CI(1.30,5.66),P=0.002].Conclusion Perioperative rehabilitation can effectively reduce postoperative complications and improve the hip joint function in patients undergoing hip replacement.
