穴位埋线治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的效果观察

Clinical effect of acupoint catgut-embedding in treatment of antipsychotic drug-induced constipation

目的探讨穴位埋线治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的效果。方法 68例因使用抗精神病药物所致便秘的患者分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。2组均给予常规治疗和护理,治疗组增加穴位埋线。评价干预效果,观察2组干预前后Bristol粪便性状分级。结果治疗组和对照组各2例患者脱落。治疗组有效率87. 50%(28/32),高于对照组的56. 25%(18/32),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预后,治疗组Bristol粪便性状评分改善优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对抗精神病药物所致便秘患者实施穴位埋线治疗,可有效缓解便秘症状,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint catgut-embedding in treatment of antipsychotic drug-induced constipation.Methods Totally 68 patients with antipsychotic drug-induced constipation were divided into the study group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in both two groups received routine treatment and nursing care,and those in the study group were given acupoint catgut-embedding.The clinical efficacy of the intervention was compared between two groups.The Bristol Stool Form Scale was used to evaluate the stool condition before and after the intervention.Results there were four patients(n=2 in the study group,n=2 in the control group)lost to follow-up.The overall effective rate was 87.50%(28/32)in the study group and 56.25%(18/32)in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the study group achieved a better improvement of Bristol Stool Form Scale compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint catgut-embedding is potentially effective to improve the treatment efficacy of antipsychotic drug-induced constipation and improve the rehabilitation of patients.
