中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒的护理体会

Nursing management of patients receiving combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for erysipelas of the lower leg

本文总结了28例采用中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒的患者的护理体会。患者常规抗生素(首选青霉素)治疗,同时给予金黄膏局部外敷及护理干预措施,7～10 d后治愈。中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒见效快,配合护理干预有助于促进患者早日康复,减少复发风险。

This paper summarized the nursing management of 28 patients receiving combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for erysipelas of the lower leg.Patients were given the antibiotics(Penicillins as first choice)and external application of Chinese herbal ointment.Nursing interventions on mental status of patients,clinic environment,dressing change were carried out during treatment.All patients were recovered after 7-10 days of treatment.The combined therapies of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were effective in treatment of erysipelas of the lower legs.Corresponding nursing measures were equally important for the rehabilitation of patients.
