集束化护理对急性脑卒中患者误吸发生的预防作用

Preventive effect of cluster bundled nursing on the aspiration of patients with acute stroke

目的探讨集束化护理对急性脑卒中患者误吸发生的预防作用。方法选取急性脑卒中患者202例,按入组时间分为对照组和观察组,各101例。对照组给予神经内科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予误吸预防集束化护理。结果观察组显性误吸、沉默性误吸(SA)及吸入性肺炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(9. 90%vs 20. 79%,11. 88%vs 23. 76%,0 vs 27. 72%,P <0. 05)。结论对急性脑卒中患者采用预防误吸的集束化护理,效果较好,可降低患者吸入性肺炎的发生风险。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of cluster bundled nursing on the aspiration of patients with acute stroke.Methods Totally 202 patients with acute stroke were divided into control group(n=101)and observation group(n=101)according to the time of inclusion.The control group was given routine nursing in Department of Neurology,while observation group was added cluster bundled nursing based on the control group.Results The incidences of dominant aspiration,silent aspiration(SA)and aspiration pneumonia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were shown statistically significant(9.90% vs 20.79%,11.88% vs 23.76%,0 vs 27.72%,all P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster bundled nursing can effectively prevent the aspiration of patients with acute stroke,and decrease the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
