责任制在口腔科器械规范化管理中的应用

Application of responsibility system in standardized management of dental instruments

目的探讨责任制在口腔科器械规范化管理中的应用效果。方法将责任制管理应用到口腔科器械规范化管理中,对比2015年1月—12月(实施前)和2016年1月—12月(实施后)科室器械的丢失率、验收合格率以及互评工作自主性的数据结果。结果与实施责任制管理前比较,实施责任制管理后科室器械月平均丢失率由6. 90‰下降至0. 82‰,器械月平均验收合格率由84. 55%增加至98. 45%,互评工作自主性得分由(80. 32±6. 00)分增加至(90. 80±2. 34)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论责任制管理规范和优化了科室器械管理流程,降低了科室医疗损失成本,提高了护理人员的工作自主性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of responsibility system in standardized management of dental instruments.Methods The standardized responsibility system was adopted to regulate and optimize the management progress of dental instruments.The loss rate of dental instruments,acceptance rate and job autonomy of nurses were observed after implementation of standardized responsibility system(from January,2016 to December 2016),and compared with those before implementation of standardized responsibility system(from January,2015 to December 2015).Results After the implementation of standardized responsibility system,The monthly loss rate of dental instruments dropped from 6.90‰ to 0.82‰,the acceptance rate increased from 84.55% to 98.45%,and the score of job autonomy assessment increased from(80.32±6.00)to(90.80±2.34),with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility system is effective to standardize the management progress of dental instruments,reduce the medical loss cost and improve the job autonomy of nurses.
