为提高住院医师规范化培训的质量和效果,在远程教育技术的支持下,提出建设住院医师网络课程体系的必要性,以比较的视角剖析网络教学与在线学习的异同,并结合我院网络课程建设实践,总结成果,提出下一步的思考与方向。

In order to improve the quality and effect of resident standardization training,with the support of remote education technology,the paper put forward the necessity of building resident network curriculum system.The paper also made a comparison between network teaching and online learning in similarities and differences.Combining with our practice of network curriculum construction,the paper summarized the achievements and put forward the thinking and direction of next step.
