基于蔗糖水解反应速率常数及活化能的测定实验催化剂和反应条件的优化 被引量:2

The Optimization of the Test Catalyst and Reaction Conditions of Sucrose Hydrolyzed Reaction Rate Based on the Reaction Rate Constant and the Activation Energy

摘要 在物理化学实验中,蔗糖水解反应速率常数及活化能的测定实验通常使用盐酸作为催化剂。由于高挥发度的盐酸气体会对自动旋光仪造成一定的腐蚀,导致设备测量偏差或损坏,本文综合研究了催化剂种类、浓度及温度对蔗糖水解反应速率常数的影响,建立了蔗糖水解反应速率常数数据组,并进行了正交试验。最终结果展示,4mol/L的硫酸对蔗糖水解反应速率常数及活化能的测定具有较好催化剂效果。 In physical chemistry experiments,hydrochloric acid is used as a catalyst to study the reaction rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis and determinate it activation energy.However,the automatic rotary spectrometer always were corroded by the high volatile and corrosive hydrochloric acid gas,which will directly lead to the optical instrument was damaged and lower it precision.Therefore,in the paper,sulfuric acid(H2SO4)and phosphoric acid(H3PO4)with lower volatility were choosen to study the catalytic hydrolysis rate of sucrose.By meaning of investigation of the catalyst concentration and temperaturer of reaction to study the reaction rate constant and relavant orthogonal experimental were designed to get the most optimized catalyst.Finally,the results of experments suggesting that sulfuric acid(4mol/L)have a good catalytic effect to test the reaction rate constant and activation energy testing of hydrolysis of sucrose.
