高职院校作为我国高等教育体系中的重要分支,其发展情况一直备受关注,学生管理是学校工作的主要内容,我国高职院校在此方面一直有很好的表现,然而留学生的出现却为学生管理工作带来了新的挑战。本文简要介绍了文化冲突及其表现形式,同时提出了几点文化冲突背景下的高职院校留学生管理措施,仅供参考。

As an important branch of China’s higher education system,higher vocational colleges have always been concerned about the development of students.Student management is the main content of school work.Higher vocational colleges in China have always performed well in this aspect,but the emergence of international students It has brought new challenges to student management.This paper briefly introduces the cultural conflicts and their manifestations,and at the same time puts forward some management measures for foreign students in higher vocational colleges under the background of cultural conflicts,for reference only.
