摘要
进入中国特色社会主义新时代,我国经济发展已由高速度发展转向高质量增长。企业发展宏观环境的巨大转变对《企业战略管理》教学提出了新的挑战。运用情景体验教学能够有效引导学生将管理学理论与实践相结合,更加准确地把握学以致用的精髓,做到知行合一。笔者结合多年企业管理理论研究,以及从事企业管理工作的实践,设计了实时案例分析、角色代入讨论加上商业计划设计等情景教学方案,对转变教学传统模式做出了有益尝试。
With the pace of Chinese style socialism’s progress into a new era,where the economic growth has transferred its mode from high speed track to high quality module,the significant change of corporate macro environment has triggered great challenge for today’s Corporate Strategy Management teaching.The situational experience teaching,as efficient and effective device,enables the lecturers in higher education institutions to guide the learners to integrate management theories with practices with the purpose of the maximum utilization of management classics.The author develops a series of situational experience teaching programs with the assistance of his own research on both corporate theories and practical case studies,including live management scenarios,role play and business plan research,etc.This forms helpful attempt to reform the conventional class model.
