我国现阶段有许多职业院校都在教师职业道德建设的方面采取了一系列措施,并且在实际中也取得了较好的效果,但是在采取的这些措施之下,依旧存在着部分问题,比如对教师职业道德的作用,理论以及构建结构等都没有全面充足的了解,而这对教师职业道德建设的效果造成了直接性的影响。因此反思现有的问题,找出解决方案进行改进是现阶段最为重要的问题。以下将针对职业院校教师职业道德的意义以及其中存在的问题进行简略的探讨,并提出解决方案,希望能有效促进职业院校师德建设的有效开展。

At this stage,many vocational colleges and universities in our country have taken a series of measures in the construction of teachers’professional ethics,and have achieved good results in practice,but under these measures,there are still some problems.For example,the role of teachers’professional ethics,theory and structure are not fully understood,and this has a direct impact on the construction of teachers’professional ethics,so reflect on the existing problems.Finding a solution for improvement is the most important issue at this stage.The following will briefly probe into the meaning and problems of teachers’professional ethics in vocational colleges and universities To discuss,and put forward solutions,hope to effectively promote the construction of vocational colleges and universities effective development of ethics.
