党十九大报告中指出:"要加强师德师风建设,培养高素质的教师队伍。"良好的师德师风对于塑造学校灵魂,培养高职生良好的职业道德起到了关键性作用。通过剖析当前高职院校部分教师师德师风不端行为的根源,努力寻求一套"以人为本、注重全方位发展"的师德师风建设机制,以促进高职院校良好师德师风的形成。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out:"We should strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics and conduct, and cultivate a contingent of high quality teachers."Good conduct of teachers and teachers plays a key role in shaping the soul of the school and fostering the good professional ethics of higher vocational students. By analyzing the root causes of the misbehavior of some teachers’ moral conduct in higher vocational colleges at present, this paper tries to seek a set of construction mechanism of"people-oriented and all-around development"to promote the formation of good ethics and style of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
