摘要
合理实施绩效管理可以有效地促进高校行政管理部门的职能转变和工作业绩的提高,可以合理地评价高校各行政管理部门的工作质量和监督其行政管理行为。绩效考核应该成为高校对各行政管理部门有效管理的重要工具。
The reasonable implementation of performance management can effectively promote the function transformation of university a dministrative departments and the improvement of work performance, it can also reasonably evaluate the work quality of the administrative depa rtments in universities and supervise their administrative activities. Performance appraisal should become an important tool for effective manag ement of administrative departments.
