我国与“一带一路”沿线国家农产品流通体系研究

Research on the Circulation System of Agricultural Products between China and the Countries along the Line of “One Belt,One Road”

提高我国与"一带一路"沿线国家农产品流通效率,有助于降低流通成本,加强各国贸易联系,促进我国企业走出去,优化产业结构。我国与"一带一路"沿线国家农产品贸易流通体系中存在流通主体组织化程度低、流通环节过多、流通基础设施配套不足、农产品通关效率低等问题。要实现贸易各方合作共赢,建议从提高农产品流通主体组织化程度、建设网络信息共享服务平台、强化农产品流通基础设施建设、提高贸易便利化程度等方面进行政策调整。

It is necessary to improve the circulation efficiency of the agricultural products between China and the countries along the line of“One Belt,One Road”.This effort may decrease the cost of circulation,strengthen the commercial relationship among the countries,promote the Chinese enterprises to go out to the world,and optimize the industrial structure.There exist some problems in the circulation system of agricultural products between China and the countries along the line of“One Belt,One Road”.For example,the organizational degree of the circulation subjects is rather low;the intermediate links of circulation are too many;the fundamental facilities for circulation are insufficient;and the clearance efficiency of agricultural products is quite low etc.In order to realize the win-win situation among all the cooperative parties in the business,it is suggested that we should improve the organizational degree of the circulation subjects dealing with agricultural products,set up the service platform for sharing the network information,strengthen the construction of fundamental facilities for the circulation of agricultural products,and increase the convenient degree for the commerce etc.And it is necessary to make adjustments in relevant policies to realize these suggestions.
