摘要
通过对常见气体检测原理的对比性分析,选定基于红外吸收光谱法的气体传感器作为仪器的核心检测部件。利用模块化设计思想,把仪器分为气体传感器、微控制器、数据传输、人机交互、I/O接口等5个组成部分。搭建硬件测试电路并对测温电路采用标准电阻箱标定、对传感器通入零气进行零点校准。分别对仪器进行温度与流量实验,准确性、重复性、稳定性等性能测试,以及通信测试。测试结果表明仪器性能稳定,环境适应性强,仪器精度符合工业仪表标准,具有较高的实用性。
Through the comparative analysis of common gas detection principle,gas sensor based on infrared absorption spectroscopy was selected as the core detection module of the analyzer.Based on the modular design principle,the instrument was divided into five parts which are gas sensor,Microcontroller Unit(MCU),data transmission,HID,I/O interface.The hardware circuit was built for peformance test of the instrument.Calibration of temperature measurement circuit was done by using standard resistance box.And zero point of the sensor was calibrated with zero point gas.A series of tests,including temperature and speed of gas flow experiment,accuracy,repeatability,stability and other performance testing and communication testing were carried out on the instrument.Test results show that instrument performance is stable,and the environment adaptability of instrument is strong.Results also show that instrument accuracy is in line with standards for industrial instrumentation.In general,the analyzer is highly practical.
