摘要
针对传统水体重金属检测仪存在实时性差、体积大等缺点,设计了一种基于ZigBee无线传输技术的水体重金属检测仪。该系统采用阳极溶出伏安法检测原理,利用恒电位信号激励三电极传感器,使其发生富集、溶出效应,运用微弱电流检测电路检测溶出过程产生的氧化电流大小,在实验室条件下通过重金属标准溶液对仪器进行标定,得到采集电压与重金属离子种类的关系。实际测试结果表明,该检测仪能准确检测水质中重金属的种类,具有检测响应速度快、实时性好等优点,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional real-time water metal detectors,such as poor real-time performance and large volume,a metal weight detector based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology was designed.The system used anodic stripping voltammetry detection principle,constant potential signal excitation three-electrode sensor was used,enrichment and dissolution effect occurred,weak current detection circuit was used to detect the oxidation process generated by the oxidation current size.The relationship between the collecting voltage and the heavy metal ion species was obtained by calibrating the instrument with the heavy metal standard solution under laboratory conditions.The actual test results show that the detector can accurately detect the type of heavy metals in the water,and has the advantages of rapid detection response,good real-time performance,etc.It has certain application value.
