摘要 信号频率分辨率和幅值分辨率是信号发生源性能好坏的重要指标。基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的嵌入式系统,分别采用直接数字合成技术(DDS)和自动增益控制技术(AGC)实现了频率和幅值精密可调的信号发生系统。该信号发生源的频率由FPGA提供的频率控制字决定。信号发生源的信号幅值由AGC增益控制电压决定,FPGA通过控制DAC的输出模拟量改变增益控制电压。论文设计研究的信号发生系统频率分辨率可达0. 1 Hz,幅值分辨率达0. 1 V。 The performance of the signal source is indicated by the signal frequency resolution and amplitude resolution.Based on the field programmable gate array(FPGA)embedded system,a signal generation system with precise and adjustable frequency and amplitude was realized by using direct digital synthesis technology(DDS)and automatic gain control technology(AGC)in this paper.The signal frequency of the signal generator was determined by the frequency control word provided by the FPGA.The signal amplitude of the signal generator was determined by the AGC gain control voltage.The gain control voltage was controlled by the analog output of the DAC.In this paper,the frequency resolution of the signal generation system in this paper is 0.1 Hz and the amplitude resolution is 0.1 V.
