元治理理论视阈下农村养老服务多元供给新模式研究

Research on the New Mode of Diversified Supply of Rural Aged Services under the Perspective of Meta-governance Theory

针对当前农村养老服务多元供给模式面临的单项主体失灵和多主体协同增效失灵困境,在元治理理论的指引下构建农村养老服务多元供给新模式,即协同政府、市场、志愿组织、家庭等多方力量,探索实现政府、社会及家庭三方协同供给的有效路径,以缓解当下中国农村养老服务供给困难。

Aiming at the single-subject failure and multi-agent synergy failure in the current rural pension service multi-supply mode,under the guidance of the meta-governance theory,a new model of rural pension service multi-supply is established,that is,collaborative the power of government,market,voluntary organization,family and other parties to explore an effective path to achieve coordinated supply of government,society and family,in order to alleviate the current difficulties in the provision of rural old-age services in China.
