中柬关系与中国-东盟战略伙伴关系的稳定与发展

The Sino-Cambodian Relations and the Stability and Development of China-ASEAN Strategic Partnership

2018年是中国与东盟建立战略伙伴关系15周年,也是中国与柬埔寨建立外交关系60周年。中柬关系长期友好,双边在政治、安全、经济、贸易、文化和民间交流等各个领域中的合作成果卓著,为中柬关系的持续稳定发展奠定了坚实基础。与此同时,中柬关系也为维护、巩固和发展中国与东盟之间的战略伙伴关系做出了重要贡献。双方在中国—东盟合作的框架中关心彼此的核心利益,协调对一些重大问题的立场,采取积极有效的方式,共同为维护和促进中国与东盟之间的合作、改善和加强中国与东盟各成员国之间的关系贡献了力量。本文拟就中柬关系对中国—东盟关系的稳定与发展所发挥的作用进行一些初步探讨。

The year of 2018 marks the 15th anniversary of the establishment of China-ASEAN strategic partnership,but also the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia.The Sino-Cambodian relations have been friendly for a long time and the bilateral cooperation in various fields including politics,security,economy,trade,culture and people’s exchanges have scored outstanding achievements.This fact lays a solid foundation for the sustained and stable development of relations between two countries.At the same time,the Sino-Cambodian relations have also made important contributions to maintaining,consolidating and developing the strategic partnership between China and ASEAN.Under the framework of China-ASEAN cooperation,the two sides have cared about each other’s core interests,coordinated their positions on some major issues and adopted a positive and effective approach to jointly contribute to maintaining and promoting cooperation between China and ASEAN and improving and strengthening the relations between China and ASEAN member states.This paper intends to make some preliminary discussions on the role of Sino-Cambodian relations to the stability and development of China-ASEAN strategic partnership.
