南京市中小学校园建筑能耗定额的研究

Energy Consumption Quota of Campus Buildings in Primary and Secondary Schools of Nanjing

通过南京市中小学校园建筑能耗统计工作,分析中小学用电现状和用电影响因素。考虑目前中小学能耗特点和管理现状,在建立建筑能耗定额指标体系的基础上,利用统计定额法计算建筑能耗定额。并依据生均建筑面积和班级人数将同类型校园建筑划分为不同区段,分别计算各区段修正系数,从而对用电量进行修正。

Through the statistical work of building energy consumption in primary and secondary school buildings in Nanjing,the current situation of primary and secondary electricity consumption and the use of film ringing factors are analyzed.Considering the current energy consumption characteristics and management status of primary and secondary schools,based on the establishment of index system of building energy consumption quota,the statistical quota method is applied to calculate the building energy consumption quota.According to the construction area and the average class number will be the same type of campus building is divided into different sections,each section of the correction coefficient were calculated to correct for consumption.
