摘要
本文采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对太阳能烟囱加强厂房自然通风的过程进行数值模拟研究。先采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型及DO辐射模型对传统厂房自然通风过程进行了数值计算,其计算结果与文献中实验值的对比吻合良好。在该基础上,进一步将传统厂房结构与4种不同形式的太阳能烟囱结合起来进行模拟及对比分析,结果表明:太阳能烟囱对厂房自然通风效果有不同程度的促进作用。在本文中采用的优化形式中SC-I型与SC-III型在不同应用条件下有相对较好的工程前景。
The improvement of ventilation in workshop by Solar Chimney(SC)was numerically simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method in this paper.The temperature distribution and vector field was numerically calculated by using Realizable k-ε turbulent model and DO(Discrete ordinate)radiation model.The comparison between the numerical results and experimental data from related papers demonstrated the present model and calculation method was suitable for the simulation of natural ventilation in the workshop.Further calculation and analysis was made on the combination of four different style SC and traditional workshop.As the temperature and flow characteristics inside the building shown by CFD software,SC improve the indoor air quality inside the workshop in varying degrees.SC-I and SC-III in this paper has better effects.
