摘要
论文针对北京某项目末端系统改造过程中遇到及需要注意的问题,从设计、安装、调试的角度进行分析总结供设计参考。如原开敞办公在出租后客户方需要增加很多内区小房间,从而带来新风量的增加及重新分配的问题,设计中通过电动开关阀与CO2连锁控制的方案解决此问题。客户方要求出空调机组处的中效净化器以外需要在风管及末端增加两级净化,风管增加净化器后需要对原有系统风量及压力进行校核计算,安装时通过风管变径满足净化器的断面风速,控制净化器的压损在设计范围内,从而满足末端系统的设计风量与风压。
This paper analyzed and summarized the problems appeared in reforming the terminal systems of an office building in Beijing from designing,construction and testing sides.With the problem of adding and reallocating of fresh air volume after increasing small rooms beside the core area while the building office is open in primary design,the control system of fresh air with linking the electrical onoff valve and CO2 sensor were redesigned.The client proposed to add other purification equipment in supplying air ducts and working positions.After checking calculation of air volume and pressure for primary system and verifying duct diameter,the pressure consumption of purification equipment within the designing range to satisfy the designed air volume and pressure were controlled.
