中医对肺纤维化病因病机的探讨

Exploration into the Cause and Pathogenesis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Based on TCM

从不同角度分析和探讨肺纤维化的病因和病机,认为本病的致病因素包括情志、房劳、外感风、寒、暑、湿以及失治、误治等,指出肺肾亏虚是肺纤维化发病的基础,痰瘀阻络是肺纤维化的主要病理环节,虚实夹杂贯穿肺纤维化之始终,肺纤维化存在于由早期肺痹向晚期肺痿的临床演变过程中。

The causes and the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)were analyzed and discussed from different angles,the pathogenic factors of the disease contained emotion,sexual strain,exogenous wind,cold,summer-heat and damp,proper treatment lack and therapeutic error and others,it was pointed out that the deficiency of lung and kidney was the pathogenetic basis of IPF,phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals was the main pathological link of IPF,intermingled deficiency and excess ran through the course of IPF,which existed in the course of early pulmonary arthralgia developing into advanced atrophic lung disease in clinic.
