规范化中医护理专科培训方案的应用与评价

Application and Assessment of Training Scheme for Standardized TCM Nursing Specialty

目的:建立中医护理专科规范化培训方案,并评价应用效果。方法:以2012—2016年参加中医护理培训班的713名学员为调查对象,统计分析学员在中医护理专科规范化培训后对中医特色护理服务的认知情况、培训内容的满意度、中医护理技能考核成绩结果及科研和论文的发表情况,评价中医护理专科方案的应用效果。结果:学员对中医特色护理服务的认知情况和培训方案满意度均呈逐年上升趋势,2016年认知情况为93.2%、项目培训满意度为100%;理论和技能操作成绩优秀人数逐年增多;5年累计开展中医护理科研5项,发表中医护理学术论文35篇,撰写护理学术论著4本。结论:规范化的中医护理专科培训方案对在全省范围内推广中医护理适宜技术、提高护理专科水平、加强中医护理培训基地建设起到了积极推动和广泛指导作用,可有效缓解基层医院中医护理专科培训难和培训不到位的状况。

Objective:To establish the training scheme for standardized TCM nursing specialty and assess the application effects.Methods:All 713 trainees who participated in the training class of TCM nursing from 2012 to 2016 were chosen as the respondents,the publishing conditions of the papers,the scientific research,the results of TCM nursing skills examinations,satisfaction degrees of training contents and the cognition conditions to TCM-featured nursing service of the trainees were counted and analyzed after standardized training of TCM nursing specialty,the application effects of training scheme were assessed.Results:The trainees'cognition conditions to TCM-featured nursing service and their satisfaction degrees of training contents increased year by year,the cognition rate in the year of 2016 was 93.2%,their satisfaction degrees of training contents were 100%;the numbers of the trainees who received the excellent results of theoretical examinations and skill operation increased year by year;within five years,five scientific researches of TCM nursing have been launched,35 academic papers of TCM nursing have been published and four academic works of nursing have been compiled.Conclusion:Standardized training scheme of TCM nursing specialty could promote and widely guide the spread of appropriate techniques of TCM nursing in the provincial range,the improvement of nursing specialty level,enhancing the construction of TCM nursing training base,and effectively ease the issues of training difficulty and lack of training in basic hospitals.
