补阳还五汤联合参附注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛100例

BuYang HuanWu Decoction Combined with ShenFu Injection in Treating 100 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的:观察补阳还五汤联合参附注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将200例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各100例。2组均进行西医常规治疗,对照组同时采用参附注射液20 m L/次,2次/d,静脉滴注,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用补阳还五汤,1剂/d。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后脑尿钠肽(BNP)和血液黏度的变化情况。结果:中医证候、西医心绞痛的总有效率观察组分别为91.00%、88.00%,对照组分别为80.00%、70.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BNP及全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病心绞痛患者采取补阳还五汤联合参附注射液治疗,临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者BNP和血液黏度水平。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of BuYang HuanWu decoction and ShenFu injection in treating coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris(AP).Methods:All 200 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,100 cases each group.Both groups accepted conventional therapy of Western medicine,the control group were treated by ShenFu injection simultaneously 20 mL each time,twice each day,venous dripping,the observation group took BuYang HuanWu decoction on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted,one dose each day.The changes of blood viscosity,brain urine natriuretic peptide(BNP)before and after treating,clinical effects of both groups were observed.Results:Total effective rates of TCM syndrome and AP of Western medicine of the observation group were 91.00%and 88.00%respectively,higher than 80.00%and 70.00%of the control group,the difference existed in the comparisons between both groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of BNP,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of BuYang HuanWu decoction and ShenFu injection to the patients with CHD AP could effectively improve the levels of BNP and blood viscosity which could obtain notable effects.
