止痛膏联合三阶梯止痛原则治疗肝癌疼痛60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Pain-relieving Ointment and Three-step Pain-relieving Principles in Treating 60 Cases of Liver Cancer Pain

目的:观察止痛膏联合三阶梯止痛原则治疗肝癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将180例肝癌疼痛患者随机分为观察组、对照1组、对照2组,每组60例。观察组给予止痛膏敷贴联合三阶梯止痛药物治疗,对照1组给予三阶梯止痛原则治疗,对照2组予止痛膏敷贴治疗,治疗2周后,观察3组疼痛缓解率、生活质量变化情况及不良反应。结果:不同分级的疼痛缓解总有效率,3组比较观察组均高于对照1组及对照2组(P<0.05),轻度疼痛及中度疼痛总有效率,对照1组与对照2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度疼痛总有效率,对照1组高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组生活质量治疗后比较,观察组良好率均高于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组生活质量良好率高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组低于对照1组,高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组不良反应发生率高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止痛膏敷贴联合三阶梯止痛原则治疗肝癌疼痛可明显缓解癌痛,改善患者生活质量,且副作用小。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of pain-relieving ointment and three-step pain-relieving principles in treating liver cancer pain.Methods:All 180 patients were randomized into the observation group,the control group No.1 and the control group No.2,60 cases each group.The observation group were treated by pain-relieving ointment application and three-step pain-relieving medicine,the control group No.1 by three-step pain-relieving principles,the control group No.2 by pain-relieving ointment application,after treating for two weeks,pain remission rate,the changes of life quality and adverse reaction of three groups were observed.Results:The observation group was higher than the control group No.1 and the control group No.2 in total effective rate of pain remission rate at various levels(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning when the control group No.1 was compared with the control group No.2 in total effective rates of mild and moderate pain(P >0.05);the control group No.1 was higher than the control group No.2 in total effective rate of severe pain,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparisons of life quality among three groups after treating,the observation group was higher than the control group No.1 and the control group No.2 in the excellent rate(P<0.05);the control group No.1 was higher than the control group No.2 in the excellent rate of life quality(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group No.1,higher than the control group No.2 in the incidence of adverse reaction(P<0.05);the control group No.1 was higher than the control group No.2 in the incidence of adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain-relieving ointment and three-step pain-relieving principles in treating liver cancer pain could obviously relieve the pain and improve quality of life of the patients with minor side effects.
