除湿补气活血汤联合盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹44例

ChuShi BuQi HuoXue Decoction and Valaciclovir Hydrochloride in Treating 44 Cases of Herpes Zoster

目的:观察除湿补气活血汤联合盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗,0.3 g/次,2次/d;观察组在此基础上服用除湿补气活血汤,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均连续治疗半个月。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间及痊愈时间,并检测CD4^+、CD3^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+等细胞免疫功能指标。结果:总有效率观察组为93.18%,对照组为77.27%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间及痊愈时间观察组均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD4^+、CD3^+及CD4^+/CD8^+治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率对照组为9.10%,观察组为6.82%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:除湿补气活血汤联合盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效明显优于单独使用盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗,且可改善免疫功能,安全有效。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of ChuShi BuQi HuoXue decoction and valaciclovir hydrochloride in the treatment for herpes zoster(HZ).Methods:All 88 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,44 cases each group.The control group took valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets orally,0.3g each time,twice each day;the observation group took ChuShi BuQi HuoXue decoction,one dose each day,water decoction.Both groups were treated for half of the month consecutively.Clinical effects of both groups were compared,cellular immune function indexes including CD4+,CD3+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+and others were detected,healing time,scab time,blister-ceasing time and analgesic time of two groups were observed.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%,higher than 77.27%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).The observation group was shorter than the control group in healing time,scab time,blister-ceasing time and analgesic time,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Adverse reaction incidence of the control group was 9.10%,higher than 6.82%of the observation group,and the difference had no statistical meaning(P >0.05).Conclusion:ChuShi BuQi HuoXue decoction combined with valaciclovir hydrochloride in the treatment for HZ is superior to only valaciclovir hydrochloride,and it could improve immune function,which is safe and effective.
