Objective:To find out the weak link in nursing management and raise nursing management quality by surveying the aggregation reasons of fungal infection and hospital infection in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of a hospital. Methods:Adopting the methods of prospective and retrospective investigation, five patients with fungal infection were analyzed in June,2016,the causes of fungal infection aggregation were concluded by taking the samples of blood, sputum and sanitary science during hospitalization period, therefore to find out the careless omission in nursing management. Results:In June,2016,five cases of fungal infection happened in NICU in our hospital, the infection rate was 4.39%,fungal strains were identical which were found in the water storage tank of the incubator and clinical samples of the patients, the incomplete sterilization of the incubator was the main cause of hospital infection aggregation. Conclusion:The management of neonatal incubator is the weak link of nursing management.
