摘要 为了精确地模拟光伏阵列在各种场景下的输出特性,从阵列中每个组件的基本信息出发,考虑旁路二极管和防反二极管的作用,以四参数工程模型为基础,运用电路串、并联理论,详细分析了光伏阵列中电流、电压关系,推导出适用于多场景的光伏阵列模型显性表达式,并给出对应的仿真方法。用所建模型对多个场景下光伏阵列的输出特性进行了仿真分析。模型可精确模拟多场景下任意时段内光伏阵列的输出特性,为光伏阵列设计、逆变器选型、光伏电站功率预测以及控制等提供了计算依据。 In order to simulate the output characteristics of PV arrays in various scenes accurately,starting with the basic information of each component in the array,considering the function of bypass diode and anti-reverse diode,based on the engineering model with four parameters,using the circuit principle of kirchhoff,the relationship between the output voltage and current was analyzed,the explicit expression of PV array model in various scenes was derived,also the corresponding simulation method was given.The output characteristics of PV array under different scenarios were simulated and analyzed by using the proposed model.The model can accurately simulate the output characteristics of PV array in various scenes,and provide the basis for the design of PV array,inverter model selection,power prediction and control of PV power station.
