摘要
凝结时间是水泥基材料重要使用性能之一。相比于现行凝结时间标准测试方法贯入阻力法,超声波法(包括超声透射法和超声反射法)具有无损、连续监测、可原位测试等优点。本文从基本原理、试验装置、影响因素及凝结时间判断方法等多个方面详述了两种超声波法的研究进展,并总结了两种方法现存的问题。无论超声透射法还是超声反射法,确定统一、可靠的凝结时间判断方法均是当前的研究重点。
Setting time is one of the important performance properties of cement-based materials.Compared to the penetration resistance method for measuring the setting time specified in the standard,ultrasonic methods which include ultrasonic transmission method(USWT)and ultrasonic reflection method(USWR)have the advantages of non-destructive,continuous monitoring,and in-situ testing potential.The basic principles,test equipment,influencing factors and determination methods of the setting time of the two ultrasonic methods were described in detail,and the existing problems of the two methods were summarized.Regardless of USWT or USWR,the determination of a uniform and reliable judgment method of the setting time is the current research focus.
