家庭雾化吸入布地奈德在支气管哮喘患者中的应用及对肺功能的影响研究

Application of household Nebulization Inhalation Budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma and its effect on pulmonary function

目的:观察家庭雾化吸入布地奈德在支气管哮喘患者中的应用及对肺功能的影响。方法:选取2017年6月～2018年6月收治的100例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组患者均给予常规β2受体激动剂和M受体阻断剂治疗;观察组在对照组患者治疗方案基础上给予家庭雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后7 d肺功能变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗前FEV1、FEV1%、FVC、FVC%、PEF、PEF%差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),比较治疗后各项指标,两组均有所升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且观察组升高更加显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:家庭雾化吸入布地奈德对于支气管哮喘患者具有良好的临床疗效,能够明显改善患者肺功能。

Objective To observe the effect of inhalation of budesonide on pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma.Method 100 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected for clinical study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group by random number method.The patients in control group were treated with conventional beta 2 receptor agonists and M receptor blockers.The observation group was treated with budesonide inhalation at home on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The changes of pulmonary function before and 7 days after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in FEV1,FEV1%,FVC,FVC,PEF and PEF%between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FEV1%,FVC,PEF%of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family aerosol inhalation of budesonide has good clinical efficacy for patients with bronchial asthma,and can significantly improve the lung function of patients.
