近半年以来半岛局势趋向好转,国际环境明显改善。如果朝鲜能够大力实行改革开放,其贸易发展可以对接我国的"一带一路"倡议,在朝鲜的西海岸形成与中国连接的物流中心、能源中心和旅游中心,不仅能够带动朝鲜的发展,也使东北地区的对外开放贸易有了更多机遇,为振兴东北经济提供重要的发展机会。就辽宁省而言,对朝边境贸易是辽宁省涉外经济的重要组成部分和对外开放的特色之一,在全省经济发展中占据重要地位。

The situation on the Korean Peninsula has improved in the past six months and the international environment has improved markedly.If the DPRK can vigorously carry out reform and opening up,its trade development can tie in with"The Belt and Road"initiative to form a logistics center,an energy center and a tourist center connected to China on the west coast of the DPRK.This will not only promote the development of the DPRK,but also provide important opportunities for opening up trade and revitalizing the economy of Northeast China.Border trade with the DPRK is an important part of foreign economy and one of the characteristics of opening to the outside world in Liaoning Province,which occupies an important position in economic development of the whole province.
