新时代大国区域经济发展空间新格局运行模式研究

New Spatial Pattern Operational Model of Great Power Regional Economic Development in the New Era

新时代,要实施以大国区域经济发展空间新格局为主体的国家区域发展总体战略。以我国现行经济出现的南北差距这一区域经济学最新关注点入手,以南北方两大地理空间的建制市以上层次地方行政管辖全域为域际具像性研究为主体对象,论证了中国在新时代区域发展空间新格局的运行模式问题。提出要深刻认识开放深度与改革力度始终密为一体相随相伴的发展规律,创造在改革深水区趟出新路径、完善实现既定"百年目标"的运行新模式;创造实施创新驱动发展战略、科技强国战略、人才强国战略的"三大"战略"同一发力"的运行新模式,创造实施区域协调发展战略、乡村振兴战略、军民融合协调发展战略"三大"战略"协同发力"的运行新模式,创造实施可持续发展战略、生态环境绿色发展战略、循环经济发展战略"三大"战略"联合发力"的运行新模式,最终实现域际更充分更平衡的发展与繁荣。

In the new era,the overall national regional development strategy should be implemented with the new spatial pattern of regional economic development of great powers as the main body. By starting with the latest focus of regional economics,i.e.,the North-South disparity in China current economy and with the whole area of local administrative jurisdiction above the two major geographic spaces of the North and the South as the main object of interregional iconicity study,this paper demonstrates the operation mode of China new spatial pattern of regional development in the new era. It is proposed that we should have a deep understanding of the development law that the opening-up depth and reform strength always go hand in hand,create a new operation mode of taking a new path in the reform deepwater areas and realizing the established " 100 - year goal ",create a new operation mode of simultaneously implementing innovation-driven development strategy,China-strengthening science and technology strategy and China-strengthening talent strategy,create a new operation mode of jointly implementing sustainable development strategy,green development strategy of ecological environment and circular economy development strategy,and ultimately achieve more fully and balanced inter-regional development and prosperity.
