曲周相公庄休闲农业游客满意度调查研究

Investigation on Tourist Satisfaction with Leisure Agriculture in Xianggong Village,Quzhou

游客对旅游景点的满意度是衡量景区发展现状及未来前景的重要指标。为推动相公庄休闲农业旅游产业发展,促进农民受益和乡村振兴,采用问卷调查与评分法,从游客基本属性、旅游感受、满意度与再游意愿等方面对相公庄休闲农业游客的旅游行为与意愿进行研究。结果表明:游客满意度综合评价居较高水平,其中对苹果质量、农户服务态度和交通便捷程度的满意度较高,卫生条件、项目活动丰富度、基础娱乐设施等成为制约游客好评的主要因素。本研究结果有助于相公庄村休闲农业的改善和发展,提高游客的体验度,为本村乃至周边农村产业融合、可持续发展、促进乡村振兴有重要的指导意义。

Tourist satisfaction with scenic spots is an important index to measure the development status and future prospects of scenic spots.To promote the development of leisure agriculture industry,bring benefits to farmers and realize rural revitalization in Xianggong Village,the behavior and willingness of tourist were studied from the perspectives of tourist basic attributes,tourism experience,satisfaction and revisit willingness by means of questionnaire and scoring method.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation of tourist satisfaction reached a high level.The satisfaction with the quality of apples,farmers'service attitude and the convenience of transportation was higher.However,the sanitary conditions,the richness of activities and basic entertainment facilities were the main factors restricting the favorable comments of tourists.These results were conducive to the development of leisure agriculture in Xianggong Village for improving the experience of tourists,and had great guiding significance for the integration and sustainable development of rural industries in the village and its surrounding areas for the promotion of rural revitalization.
