摘要
物联网是新一代信息技术的重要组成部分,其通过传感器收集数据并从数据中提取价值,用来帮助解决社会中的问题。由于收集到的数据量非常大,且分析数据需要很长时间,因此高效的计算机和网络系统非常重要。异构计算和5G网络的集成是复杂物联网系统和服务的最佳平台之一。本文先介绍复杂物联网系统需要高性能异构计算和高速通信系统(如5G)的原因,再阐述异构计算赋予物联网系统基础设施的一些使用案例。
The IoT collects data from sensing devices and analyzes the value from the collected data,thus to help solve problems in society.Due to that the data collected is very complex and large,the collection and analysis of data would take a long time,so efficient computers and network systems are very necessary.The integration of heterogeneous computing and 5G networks is one of the best platforms for providing complex IoT systems and services.Specifically,the reasons why complex IoT systems require high-performance heterogeneous computing and high-speed communication systems(such as 5G)are introduced,and some usage cases for heterogeneous computing in giving infrastructure to IoT system are described.
