摘要
物理指纹(PUF)认证技术是利用硬件设备在生产过程中产生的随机差异,生成该设备的唯一身份标识,在设备认证、信息加密等领域有广泛应用。首先对物理指纹认证技术进行归纳和分类;其次,针对具体需求,基于FPGA芯片设计环形振荡器电路,实现FPGA器件的有效认证;最后,针对环形振荡器的指纹可提取性、随机性、稳定性等展开设计研究。
PUF(physical fingerprint)authentication technology,by exploiting the random difference generated by the hardware device in the production process,produces a unique identity signature of the device.It is widely used in equipment certification,information encryption and other fields.Firstly,the physical fingerprint authentication technology is summarized and classified.Then,according to the specific needsand based on the FPGA chip,the ring oscillator circuit is designed,so as to realize the effective authentication of FPGA device.Finally,research and design on fingerprint extractability,randomness and stability of the ring oscillator aredone.
