风电场谐波及无功电压控制技术及其运行分析 被引量:11

摘要 针对风电场存在的谐波污染,采用了感应滤波技术进行谐波治理。在变压器中增设等值阻抗为零、带无功补偿功能的滤波绕组,配置全调谐滤波支路构成谐波短路环,从而实现谐波有效滤除;针对电压波动,提出了一套以风电机组无功输出为主、SVG无功输出为辅的AVC系统优化控制方法,无功资源可提升3倍以上,增强了无功电压调节能力。通过风电场并网检测,谐波问题得到了根本抑制,无功电压控制良好。 The inductive filtering technology is adopted to realization of harmonic suppression in wind farm.An inductive filtering winding with zero equivalent impedance and reactive power compensation is added to the converter transformer,and a harmonic short circuit loop is constituted with external fully tuned filter branches.It has good effect of harmonic suppression.Aiming at the problem of reactive voltage fluctuation,a optimization control strategy of AVC system,which is mainly based on the reactive power output of wind turbine and supplemented by the output of SVG is proposed.The reactive power capacity of wind farm can be increased by more than three times,which greatly improves the reactive voltage regulation of the wind farm.The wind farm operation test shows that harmonic problem is fundamentally suppressed and the reactive voltage is well controlled.
