摘要 通过煤场分区分堆、斗轮机自动识址、入厂入炉数据联动等相关技术,实现煤场收耗存对应煤量与煤质的数据联动,建立煤场存煤三维动态展示模型,解决了燃煤电厂储煤场传统粗放式管理给配煤掺烧、智能采购、机组安全、环保排放所带来的系列问题,创新了煤场数字化、智能化、精细化管理模式,提升了管理水平,为电厂挖潜增效、安全环保高效运行奠定了基础。 Through the related technologies such as the partition of the coal yard,the automatic identification address of the bucket turbine and the data linkage of the entry into the furnace,the data linkage of the coal storage and storage corresponding to the data of coal and the coal quality is realized,and a three-dimensional dynamic display model of coal storage is set up.The series of problems brought by the traditional extensive management of coal blending,intelligent purchase,unit safety and environmental emission of coal storage yard for coal power plants have been solved,the mode of digital,intelligent and fine management of coal yard has been innovated,the management level has been promoted,the foundation for the potential efficiency of the power plant has been laid and the efficiency,and the safety and environmental protection and efficient operation have been increased.
