The Evaluation of CCD Detector Based on MAS

CCD检测机是一种通过CCD部件,将物体的外观通过显示器来检测的仪器,可用于产品的平面度检测和维修。若CCD检测机自身的检测能力和稳定性不佳,将会影响产品检测结果的准确性。因此,利用MSA对某CCD检测机的准确性、重复性和再现性进行了评估,为相关工作人员开展CCD检测的评估提供了一定的参考。

CCD detector is a kind of instrument which uses CCD parts to detect the appearance of objects through display,and it can be used for flatness detection and maintenance of products.If the detection capability and stability of the CCD detector itself are not good,it will affect the test results of the products.Therefore,the accuracy,repeatability and reproducibility of a CCD detector are evaluated by MAS,which provides a reference for the relevant staffs to carry out the evaluation of the CCD detector.
