摘要
光伏汇流箱的电流监测单元组件的关键性能参数是电流监测值的相对误差。它具有多个电流监测通道,而且每个电流监测通道的相对误差值不同,如何建立一个统一有效的评价指数,以及如何快速、有效地评估电流监测单元组件的寿命差异的问题,成为了企业目前急待解决的问题。针对上述问题,提出了总体误差指数来统一评估电流监测单元组件的性能,运用性能参数加速退化方法,以识别不同电流监测单元组件的寿命差异水平。工程实例表明,此方法简单实用,对光伏汇流箱电流监测单元组件的可靠性评估方法的应用具有积极的工程指导意义。
The key performance parameter of the current monitoring unit component of the PV combiner box is the relative error of the current monitoring value.It has multiple current channels,and the relative error value of each current monitoring channel is different.Therefore,how to establish a unified and effective evaluation index,and how to quickly and effectively evaluate the problem of the life difference of the current monitoring unit components become urgent problems to be solved by enterprises at present.In order to solve the above problems,an overall error index is proposed to uniformly evaluate the performance of the current monitoring unit components,and a performance parameter acceleration degradation method is used to identify the life difference level of the different current monitoring unit components.The engineering example shows that this method is simple and practical,and has positive engineering guidance significance to the application of reliability evaluation method of current monitoring unit components of PV combiner box.
