摘要
通过ABAQUS建立了有限元三维分析模型,对某车灯用振动夹具进行了固有频率和振动模态分析,并对夹具进行了结构优化设计,使夹具的一阶固有频率远离激励信号的频率,并将优化前的仿真结果与优化后的仿真结果进行了对比,结果表明,优化后夹具的固有频率得到了显著的提高,从而验证了夹具优化的必要性和此有限元分析方法的有效性,为工程上夹具的优化计算提供了一种方法。
A finite element three-dimensional analysis model is established by ABAQUS to analyze the natural frequency and vibration mode of the vibration fixure for a vehicle lamp.The structure of the fixture is optimized to make the first-order natural frequency of the fixture away from the frequency of the excitation signal.And the simulation results before optimization are compared with those after optimization.The results show that the natural frequency of the optimized fixture is significantly improved,which verifies the necessity of fixture optimization and the effectiveness of the finite element analysis method,and provides a method for optimal calculation of fixture in engineering.
