Research on the Renovation of Building Facade in Commercial Blocks:Taking the Street Facade Renovation in Pingshan District of Shenzhen as an Example

通过建筑立面改造,可为城市注入活力。简述案例背景,从建筑固有元素和附属元素两方面分析沿街立面存在的问题。然后阐述立面改造原则,强调引入有机更新理念,注重整体风格与色彩的统一规划等。最后针对立面存在问题提出相应的改造实施方法。

The renovation of building facade can inject vitality into the city. This paper briefly describes the background of the case,and analyzes the existing problems along the street facade from the inherent elements and accessory elements of the building. Then,expounds the principle of facade renovation,emphasizes the introduction of organic renewal concept,and pays attention to the unified planning of overall style and color. Finally,puts forward the corresponding renovation and implementation methods aiming at the existing problems.
