人文关怀对晚期肺癌化疗患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

Humanistic Care Influence on Negative Emotions of the Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer during Chemotherapy and the Nursing Satisfactions

目的探究人文关怀对晚期肺癌化疗患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取晚期肺癌化疗患者167例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组83例采取常规干预,观察组84例在对照组基础上采取人文关怀干预,比较2组护理满意度及干预前后抑郁、焦虑(SDS、SAS)评分及护理满意度。结果干预前2组SDS、SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),观察组干预后SDS(49. 67±3. 08)分、SAS(46. 48±3. 27)分,低于对照组(53. 89±4. 63)分、(50. 15±4. 32)分,观察组护理满意度91. 67%,高于对照组80. 72%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论人文关怀护理可减轻晚期肺癌患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate humanistic care on negative emotion and nursing satisfaction in patients with advanced lung cancer during chemotherapy.Methods 167 patients with advanced lung cancer during chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.83 cases in control group were routinely intervened,84 cases in the experimental group were treated with routine intervention plus humanistic care.The depression and anxiety(SDS and SAS)scores,and nursing satisfaction status were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores before intervention(P>0.05),the scores of SDS and SAS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group(80.72%)was higher than that in the control group(80.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention for patients with advanced lung cancer during chemotherapy can obviously alleviate their negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
