摘要
利用旋转-甩涂法(spin-coating)将八乙基卟啉锌薄膜固定在K+交换玻璃光波导表面,制成八乙基卟啉锌膜/K+交换玻璃光波导敏感元件。优化敏感元件的制备条件,检测了16种有机挥发性气体的选择性响应。实验结果表明,该敏感元件对甲苯具有较高的灵敏度,检测限为1×10-9(V/V0; V:被检测气体体积,V0:空气体积)体积比,信噪比S/N=3.88,响应时间和回复时间分别为2.4 s和11 s,平行测定五次试验,其结果具有良好的线性关系(R=0.994 8),相对标准偏差RSD=1.24%,八乙基卟啉锌薄膜厚度为(120±5) nm,折射率为1.753 5。
Octaethylporphyrin Zinc film/K+exchanged glass optical waveguide sensor was fabricated and the octaethylporphyrin Zinc compound was fixed on K+glass optical waveguide surface by the method of spin-coating.The experimental results show that the sensing element has a high sensitivity to toluene.The detection limit was 1×10^-9 V/V 0(S/N=3.88),the response time and recovery time was 2.4 s and 11 s,respectively.In the parallel experiment,the results also had a good linear relationship(R=0.9948),the relative standard deviation was 1.24%,Meanwhile.the thickness of octaethylporphyrin Zinc film is(120±5)nm,The refractive index is 1.753 5.
