H_2O_2低温氧化对烟煤粘结指数的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 对高灰分烟煤、中挥发份烟煤和低挥发份烟煤的3个煤样进行实验分析,主要进行了煤的工业分析、元素分析、粘结性指数等重要的煤质特征指标的测定,研究其在H_2O_2浓度为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%和100%低温氧化下煤粘结性的变化规律,实验所得结论可用于指导工业炼焦和煤气化工。 The subject of high ash bituminous coal,medium volatile bituminous coal and low volatile bituminous coal and coal samples of three different ages were to be analyzed.This experiment was mainly for the three coal samples of coalindustry analysis,elemental analysis,bond index and other important indicators of the determination of the quality properties.Studies in different concentrations of H2O2 during low-temperature oxidation of coal changes of adhesion,summed up the low-temperature oxidation of bituminous coal H2O2 variation of adhesion.Research in H2O2 concentration of 10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%and 100%low-temperature oxidation of coal changed of adhesion.The conclusions of this experiment can be used to guide the industrial coking and coal gasification process.
