摘要
针对甘蔗糖厂硫熏中和的特点,分析了硫熏中和器的控制要求,采用模糊PID控制器对影响硫熏中和器性能的相关参数进行优化。现已成功应用于甘蔗糖厂,直接稳定了混合汁流量、压力、一次加热温度,间接稳定了硫熏强度,减轻了人工劳动强度,提高了产品质量。
According to the characteristics of sulphitation and neutralization in sugar mill,the control task of the sulfur neutralizer was analysed in this paper.Fuzzy PID controler was applied to optimize the parameters which affected the performance of sulfur neutralizer.This technology had been used in sugar mill successfully,which directly stabilized the flow of mixed juice,the pressure,the single heating temperature,and indirectly the sulfitation intensity.The labor intensity was reduced,and the product quality was improved.
