摘要
根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,采用新实施的国家标准GB/T35887-2018《白砂糖试验方法》中规定方法进行白砂糖的电导灰分测定。结合实验室日常检测能力和条件,找出影响测定结果的不确定度的因素,通过建立数学模型对各个不确定度分量进行评估和合成,最终合成了相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当白砂糖电导灰分的测定值为0.094 g/kg,扩展不确定为:U=0.46%,结果表示为0.094±0.0046 g/kg,k=2,P=95%。
This research was based on JJF 1059.1-2012“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty In Measurement”,using the new national standard of GB/T 35887-2018“Analysis Method of White Granulated Sugar”to measure the conductivity ash in white granulated sugar.Combined with laboratory routine testing capabilities and conditions,the influence factors of uncertainty were found,and the mathematical model was established to calculate and compose the component uncertainty.The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of the method were given eventually.When the conductivity ash value was 0.094 g/kg,the expanded uncertainty value was 0.46%,results could be expressed as 0.094±0.0046 g/kg,k=2,P=95%.
